We partner with premier couriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. All orders are shipped directly from our partner boutiques across Eastern Europe to your address in the UAE.

How It Works

Our partner boutique prepares your item for shipment (1-2 business days).
3. Dispatched
Your order is shipped. You'll receive a tracking number via email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on GANNAS are inclusive of any applicable customs duties and taxes for shipments to the UAE. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no hidden charges upon delivery. We handle all the customs clearance procedures to ensure a smooth delivery process for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill (AWB) number to track its progress. You can also access tracking information from your GANNAS account under the "My Orders" section.
