General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all promotions and special offers from GANNAS unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific details.
- Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only. GANNAS reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
- Promotions are limited to one use per customer and account unless otherwise stated.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Offers are not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, or taxes.
- GANNAS reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
How to Redeem a Promo Code
To redeem a promotional code, enter the code into the "Promo Code" box at the checkout and click "Validate". The discount will be applied to your order summary. If your code does not work, please check the terms and conditions of the specific promotion or contact our Customer Service team.
Exclusions
Please note that some brands or product categories may be excluded from promotions. These exclusions will be clearly stated in the specific terms for each offer. Typically, fine jewelry, certain limited edition items, and some luxury brands may be exempt from general promotions.
Returns on Promotional Items
If you return an item purchased with a promotional code, the refund will be for the amount paid for the item, subject to our standard Returns & Refunds policy. The promotional discount is non-refundable and cannot be re-used on a new order.
Welcome Offer
Our first-time customer welcome offer is valid only on your first purchase with GANNAS. The code must be applied at checkout and cannot be retrospectively applied. The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of signup.
