Our policy and process for making a return.

Our Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we've made the process as simple as possible. We are pleased to offer a 30-day free returns policy on all eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Make a Return

  1. Request a Return: Go to your account, select "Order History," find the order you wish to return, and click "Request Return." Select the item(s) and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards.
  3. Schedule a Collection: We will arrange a complimentary collection with our courier partner. You will receive an email with the shipping label and instructions on how to schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our partner boutique, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees for Same-Day Delivery are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fine jewelry
  • Lingerie and swimwear
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
